**5 new vacancies: Plasterer, Joiner x 2, Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician (MT), Estate Services Officer**

We’re on the lookout for passionate people to fill four fantastic new roles in our Homes team.

The full time, permanent roles which include plasterer, 2 x joiners, multi-skilled technician and estate services officer are essential to help us deliver excellent service for our customers as we head into an exciting phase for our organisation.

You can find all the details of the roles, including full job descriptions and what we’re looking for in an ideal candidate right here. The closing date for the plasterer, joiner and MT vacancies is Sunday 30th July, whilst the application deadline for the Estate Services Officer is Monday 31st July so if you're interested don't delay in submitting your application.

The opportunities are hot off the press and follow our announcement earlier this week that we’re recruiting for 3 apprentices which you can read more about here,

As well as having a real opportunity to help those living within our communities, anyone who is successful in securing a role with us can benefit from a generous workplace pension, cycle to work scheme, healthcare scheme and much more, plus the re-assurance of working for an organisation which has the silver seal of approval from Investors in People as well as accreditations as a Living Wage and disability confident employer,

Jon Blackwell, Director of Homes said:

“Halton Housing is committed to providing customers with a safe place to call home and the launch of these new roles will help ensure that we can continue to provide and maintain quality homes and invest in our neighbourhoods. We’re looking for people who not only have the right experience and skills for the roles but also have a genuine passion for making a difference and improving the lives of our customers. These new roles will be an excellent boost to our existing teams and I’m excited about welcoming new talented people into the organisation as we look to the future”.
