Action Taken to Tackle Fly‑Tipping and Anti‑Social Behaviour During #ASBAwarenessWeek
As part of our ongoing efforts during #ASBAwarenessWeek, our teams have been working closely with partners to keep our communities safe, clean and welcoming for everyone.
This week, a large amount of fly‑tipping was cleared from Russell Road, helping restore the area and reduce the impact of illegally dumped waste on local residents. Tackling fly‑tipping remains a key priority, and swift action like this helps maintain safer, cleaner neighbourhoods.
In addition, bikes linked to anti‑social behaviour were seized from an address on Larch Road, thanks to strong joint working between Cheshire Police, Runcorn Police, and Halton Borough Council. These coordinated efforts play an important role in reducing nuisance behaviour and improving community safety.
Together with our partners and the support of local residents, we’re committed to continuing this work throughout #ASBAwarenessWeek and beyond—ensuring our neighbourhoods remain places people are proud to live.
