We’re really pleased to share that we’ve been shortlisted for two categories at the Halton Business Awards 2026: Commitment to the Community and Employer of the Year. 

This recognition reflects the dedication, passion, and everyday impact of our colleagues, whose work continues to strengthen both our organisation and the communities we serve.

Being named a finalist for Employer of the Year is a fantastic acknowledgement of the culture we’re building - one that supports, values, and develops our people. It’s a clear reflection of Our Future Focus 25–28 priority of Great People, and our commitment to creating an environment where everyone can thrive.

Our shortlist for Commitment to the Community highlights the work we do every day to support local people, partners, and neighbourhoods. From volunteering to collaborative projects, our teams are helping to build Thriving Communities, another key priority within Our Future Focus 25–28. This recognition is a testament to the collective effort of our colleagues and partners who share our ambition to make a meaningful difference.

As well as being finalists, we’re proud to be supporting the awards more broadly this year through our sponsorship of the Family Business of the Year category. It’s a great opportunity to celebrate the local organisations who play such an important role in Halton.

The awards ceremony will take place on 12 June 2026 at the DCBL Stadium, where businesses from across Halton will come together to celebrate excellence, innovation, and community spirit.
