We're pleased to share that we've kept our Investors in People (IIP) Gold standard and IIP Wellbeing Silver awards after a 24-month review which concluded last month, following our most recent assessment in April 2023.

The assessment involved interviews with nominated colleagues and presentations from the People Team, showcasing Halton Housing’s achievements over the past year.

The IIP assessor was highly impressed with our performance, highlighting our strong focus on performance metrics (lifeblood measures), commitment to talent development through initiatives like Thrive (colleague development programme), Managers’ Toolkit, Apprenticeships recruitment, and our comprehensive approach to employee wellbeing.
