Spring has finally arrived, bringing with it some amazing sunshine! We're excited to share the latest edition of our customer magazine, 'REACH' packed with updates and news from Halton Housing.

In this Spring/Summer 2026 edition of REACH, we share an update on how we are delivering our corporate plan, Our Future Focus 2025 to 2028, including the progress made in its first year and the positive impact this is having across our communities.

This issue introduces our new Customer Committee, a significant step forward in customer involvement. The committee will work closely with our Board to help shape services, challenge decisions and strengthen the customer voice, building on the valuable work of our outgoing Customer Forum and Scrutiny Panel.

You’ll also find stories about how we are building the right homes for the future, including updates on new developments at Mercia Place and Crow Wood Gardens, alongside continued investment in maintaining and improving existing homes.

The magazine includes a strong focus on supporting customers, with practical guidance on Universal Credit changes, benefits advice, and the work of our Welfare Benefits and Money Advice team, as well as information on Community Hubs and how to get in touch with local support.

We also celebrate our continued support for Halton Haven Hospice, highlights from our 20 for 20 community funding initiative, and the positive impact of local projects delivered through Destination Kingsway and Stewards Avenue.
