Spruce Up Your Streets: Crow Wood Lane
On Wednesday 7 October 2026, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm, we'll be carrying out an environmental improvement afternoon around Crow Wood Lane.
AKM, who are currently delivering the new development on Crow Wood Lane, are supporting this community event to help improve the surrounding neighbourhood.
The project will include a range of activities, including a community litter pick and daffodil bulb planting to help brighten the area for spring.
What's happening on the day?
Our teams and local residents will be working together to:
- ๐งค Carry out a community litter pick
- ๐ผ Plant daffodil bulbs to brighten the area for spring
- โป๏ธ Provide skips for residents to dispose of unwanted household waste
- ๐ก Help improve shared outdoor spaces and the surrounding neighbourhood
- ๐ฑ Work together to create a cleaner, greener and more welcoming environment
Skip locations
Two skips will be available for residents to use:
- AKM skip: Located on Crow Wood Lane, outside the new housing development
