Our Neighbourhoods Team regularly run walkabouts and customers are welcome to join us.

Walkabouts give us the chance to walk around the areas where our homes are and spot things that need attention. This could be issues inside your building or around your neighbourhood.

This might include things like:

• Repairs to grounds or shared areas
• Maintenance issues
• Fly tipping or rubbish
• General estate concerns

Walkabouts are led by the Neighbourhoods Team and we are joined by colleagues from across Halton Housing. This includes teams like repairs and maintenance and investment, so we can look at issues together and take action where needed.

They are also a great chance for you to speak face to face with our staff. You can talk to your Neighbourhood Officer and other colleagues about your home, your tenancy or anything happening on your estate.
