We’re committed to keeping our neighbourhoods clean, safe, and welcoming. We maintain the communal green spaces around the homes and buildings we own, including grass cutting, tree and shrub care, and general upkeep throughout the year.
Our vision is to provide exceptional, customer focused management of these shared areas—ensuring they are accessible, well maintained, and environmentally sustainable. By listening to our communities and regularly monitoring our performance through digital inspections, we aim to deliver a high quality service that supports well being and vibrant neighbourhoods.

Invasive Species Management
We manage Japanese knotweed with a two-application treatment programme during the growing season, combining early growth suppression with a late-summer systemic herbicide treatment to maximise long-term control. Halton Housing will make an appointment with customers to arrange treatment as required. See overleaf for identifying and reporting Japanese Knotweed.
