2020 Gender Pay Gap Review
We have published our gender pay gap review for 2020, for the third year, in line with the Government’s Gender Pay Gap regulations introduced in April 2017.
Highlights in 2020 include increasing our positive mean pay gap in favour of females from 1% in 2019 to 5.7%. In addition, Debbie Trust-Dickinson was appointed to our Executive Team as Chief Operations and Transformation Officer in the summer.
50% of Halton Housing’s Leadership Team is made up of females.
