If you're over 55, our independent living schemes could be perfect for you. Independent living can enable you to enjoy a more active and independent lifestyle, but with additional support on hand. The schemes are mixed tenure, meaning residents can rent, buy and/or become a shared owner of their property.
To apply to live in any of our sheltered housing properties you must have an active Property Pool Plus account. We have Housing Options Gateway Advisors that can help you. The team will help set up your account, assess your housing needs and help you bid on suitable properties which match your requirements.
