As well as ensuring that our homes are safe and secure, we play an active part in our local community. As the largest landlord in borough, we recognise our responsibility. We work with local contractors, charities and social enterprises to ensure that our neighbourhoods are places to be proud of.

Reach - Customer Magazine

We produce and distribute our customer magazine 'REACH' twice a year to all our customers with rent statements.  In it, we include all the latest news and developments from Halton Housing.

The team cover most aspects of engagement and work closely in the borough to identify areas that may need support, and work closely with partners to make changes to the area.
