If you're a customer and you need to contact us about your home, please do this is via your MyHaltonHome account, rather than using the form below.  This will ensure your enquiry is dealt with most quickly as the issue will automatically be logged in your account and dealt with by the appropriate team.

We’re open 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday. 

Note - you can still use the same number outside of these hours to access our 24 hour out of hours service.
