Thank you to everyone who contributed to the development of ‘Our Future Focus’.
We are grateful to over 200 of our customers who completed surveys at events and online making clear their expectations and what matters most to them.
We appreciate the input from our colleagues who provided their feedback at our iConnect and Leaders Forums.
We also value the responses from our many partners and stakeholders who took the time to share their views through our stakeholder survey.
Our Board and Senior Leadership team have considered all the feedback gathered and have worked together to produce a plan that sets out the right actions to make a positive impact. We believe this plan presents a clear roadmap for an exciting future for Halton Housing.
