We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded SHIFT Gold Accreditation, recognising our outstanding environmental performance and commitment to sustainability.

This achievement marks a significant milestone in our sustainability journey. Back in March 2022, we proudly received the SHIFT Silver Award for the second year running, confirming that sustainability was firmly embedded in our strategic approach, operational activity, and across our homes and new builds.

SHIFT (Sustainable Homes Index for Tomorrow) is the UK’s leading sustainability accreditation for housing providers. Achieving Gold status means we are among the top-performing organisations in the sector when it comes to environmental responsibility.
