Last Thursday, on Mischief Night—a time when anti-social behaviour (ASB) often increases—Halton Housing held an ASB Awareness Evening on Delamere Avenue in Widnes. Local residents teamed up with partners like Cheshire Police and Vibe Youth to talk about how to make the area safer.

The group took a short walk to spot places where ASB is a problem. This will help plan future improvements. Eight people filled out Resident Voice surveys to share their thoughts and help shape local priorities.

One big result from the evening was putting anti-vandal paint on Quarry Court. This will help stop people from climbing and causing problems. The idea came from the Bankfield Tenant and Resident Group.
