Are you aged 16 or over and unemployed? 

Could you do with some help and support to get back into work? Then come and join us and the Households into Work team at our free drop-in sessions to find out about their fantastic programme of support. 

We’re partnering up with Households into Work (HiW) at 3 free drop in sessions across Halton to tell you more about their fantastic programme of support which can help you look for and sustain employment. 

Households into Work is funded by the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and has already helped more than 2,400 people build their future with most gaining improved personal resilience and over half progressing on to formal education, training or other skills development. More than a third of participants progressed into Employment or a work-related activity such as volunteering.  

Not only do they help people into employment; the programme also helps identify and overcome barriers, such as debt, redundancy and addiction.

The Households into Work team can work with you on a 1-1 basis for up to 12 months to help you move forward and onto work, formal education, training or other skills development and you can even join the programme with other people like your partner, spouse, parents, children, grandparents or close friends and they don't all need to live at the same address. 

Drop- in sessions coming soon:

We’re hosting 3 drop-in sessions at Upton Community Centre. The team from Households into Work will be on hand to talk to you about the programme and what it can do for you. There’ll be refreshments available and everyone who comes along will be entered into a draw to win one of three £30 vouchers at each session.  

Come and join us at Upton Community Centre Cafe on:

• Tuesday 18th June

The team will be on hand from 9.00am to 12.45pm so you can drop in at a time to suit you.
