We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Blackwell as our new Director of Homes.

Jon was previously Head of Repairs and Maintenance at Halton Housing, and holds extensive experience in assets, investment, and responsive repairs.

Commenting on his appointment, Jon said: “After working at Halton Housing for the past 3 years, I’m truly honoured to join the Leadership Team and look forward to continuing to work with our Board, partners, customers and colleagues, while ensuring our customers are firmly at the heart of our organisation and we continue to improve people’s lives.”

Jon will have responsibility for the strategic leadership of our responsive repairs service, strategic asset management, compliance, and safety.
