We were delighted to support Halton Haven Hospice this year in its real Christmas tree collection - an amazing annual initiative that raises vital funds for patient care.

Joined by partners Onward Housing, who supported the initiative by sending volunteers from their team, our Environmental Services Team played a huge part, collecting 68 trees in just half a day. 

This hassle-free Christmas tree disposal service available to residents in Halton, meant no mess, no needles in cars, and every tree collected made a real difference. Overall, the collection saw 824 trees registered and raised over £16,000 (and counting!).
