The Spruce Up Your Streets’ team were back in force when they hit Grangeway on the 28th April. Armed with their paintbrushes, paint and gardening equipment, our colleagues and local customers came together to spruce up a communal flat block area in Grangeway which is a part of our retrofit project in partnership with Ecogee.

The brick planters were cleared of weeds, and new plants were planted in their place to give the area a new look for Summer. 

The shed doors were also given a mini makeover, with the doors painted to match the new windows and doors on the flat block. What’s more, so that residents can enjoy the new rejuvenated space, a new bench has also been gifted for the area.

This day was a great success and hugely appreciated by customers living in the area. We’re also delighted with the results, seeing the improvements to the communal space and how much our customers love what’s been done, is what our ‘Spruce up your Streets’ initiative is all about.
