Waterfront Point Defibrillator Now Publicly Accessible

Update: From Friday 1st August, the defibrillator at Waterfront Point will be accessible to the public 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is housed in a secure cabinet located outside the building, ensuring immediate availability in case of emergency.
As part of our ongoing commitment to health, safety, and community wellbeing, we are pleased to announce that the lifesaving defibrillator located at our head office, Waterfront Point, is now accessible to the public.
This initiative reflects our dedication to supporting not only our colleagues, customers, and contractors, but also the wider community. By registering our defibrillator for public use, we’re helping to ensure that life-saving equipment is available when and where it’s needed most.
The defibrillator once switched on, the device provides clear, step-by-step voice instructions—no prior training is required.
“Making defibrillators publicly accessible is a simple but powerful step that can save lives,” said Olivia Royle, Health and Safety Officer. “We encourage everyone working in or visiting our buildings to familiarise themselves with the location of these devices. In a cardiac emergency, every second counts.”
Earlier this year, we provided £1,000 of funding towards the maintenance costs of several community defibrillators installed by Aidan's Fundraising for Community Defibrillators across Halton.
