The ICS is the UK’s independent professional body for customer service, working across all sectors to champion service excellence and drive business performance. National Customer Service Week is a nationwide celebration of the vital role customer service plays across the UK. It’s our chance to say thank you to our amazing colleagues, recognise what great service means to you, and explore new ways to make your experience even better.
