Neighbourhood Hubs

We’ve made it easier for you to get in touch with us by setting up local Neighbourhood Hubs—welcoming community spaces where you can speak to our team, access services, report repairs, and get advice. Halton Health Improvement team will also attend our Hubs.

Our services are delivered from a range of community centres and spaces across the area. These hubs are local to you and drop-in sessions with our Neighbourhood Officers, who are on hand to offer support with:

Tenancy advice
Reporting anti-social behaviour (ASB)
Help with repairs
And much more
