Tamzin Harrington

Customer Committee Member
A Runcorn resident with both local insight and academic grounding, Tamzin blends community experience with a Geography degree and time spent as a trainee teacher. She brings strong communication and analytical skills, and a real passion for fairness and collaboration. Tamzin is driven by one goal: ensuring customer voices genuinely influence decisions and spark positive change.

Louise Nulty

Customer Committee Member
Louise has called Widnes home for more than 22 years and has long been an active Halton Housing customer. As former Chair and Vice Chair of the Customer Forum, she brings deep experience in community engagement. Her background as a Culture Officer and arts events producer means she’s skilled in collaboration, project management, and public speaking. Louise is a strong advocate for tenant voices and inclusivity, drawing on her leadership and voluntary work to represent a wide range of perspectives.

Linda McKevitt

Customer Committee Member
Based in Runcorn, Linda is a dedicated community advocate with professional experience as a Youth Offending Officer. She has volunteered for both the Customer Forum and the Grangeway Community Forum, contributing to policy reviews, estate walkabouts, and local events. Known for her honesty and reliability, Linda is committed to strengthening communication and improving the customer experience.

Lisa Cogley

Lisa has been an active Halton Housing customer for eight years and currently chairs the Customer Forum. With professional experience in social housing and voluntary work as a trustee, she brings strong knowledge of sector challenges and regulatory change. A confident communicator who isn’t afraid of constructive challenge, Lisa is committed to ensuring customer voices shape the services they rely on.

Marilyn Payne

A longstanding Halton Housing customer, Marilyn has a rich history of community advocacy. She has supported vulnerable neighbours, worked as an Advice and Guidance Worker, and served as both a Parent Governor and residents’ association secretary. With experience in research, training, and equality advocacy, Marilyn brings practical problemsolving skills and a deep commitment to fairness and accountability.

Lisa Edwards

Customer Committee Member
Lisa is a Halton Housing customer with a strong background in care, communication and leadership. She worked as a veterinary nurse before managing European teams in the veterinary pharmaceutical sector. An awardwinning volunteer, she received the Queen’s Unsung Hero Award and has supported survivors of domestic abuse, developing traumaaware and inclusive communication skills. She brings empathy, resilience and lived experience of social housing.​

Sharon Pennington

Board Member and Customer Committee Chair

Sharon is an experienced housing professional who has worked within the social housing sector for over 30 years.  She is currently Assistant Director of Housing and Communities at Cobalt Housing. Sharon also chairs our Customer Committee. She is passionate about delivering person-centred services to customers and ensuring that the voice of the tenant is heard, listened to and acted upon.
