We’re excited to introduce the six customers who will help shape the future of Halton Housing. Following a rigorous recruitment process open to all customers, we worked with TPAS to appoint a passionate, skilled, and community minded group.
Chaired by Sharon Pennington – one of our Board members, the new Customer Committee will help shape our service standards, monitor our performance, and ensure our customers’ voice is not only heard, but acted upon.
The Committee is a way for our customers to have a more meaningful influence, and be able to challenge and hold us accountable in a more formal and structured way. Reporting directly to the Board, the Committee will influence how we work and drive meaningful change across our services.
This new Customer Committee directly delivers on the commitment within Our Future Focus: 2025-28 to implement a new Customer Influence Framework.
