Last weekend, a dedicated team from Halton Housing laced up their walking shoes to take part in Halton Haven Hospice’s Annual Twilight Walk.

Halton Haven Hospice — our nominated charity for 2025/26 — provides compassionate care and vital support to individuals and families across our community.

We’re delighted to continue our sponsorship of this fantastic event this year, helping to raise awareness and funds for such an important cause.

Team Halton joined 140 other walkers on the 10k route, which began at DCBL Stadium, passed through Kingsway, crossed the iconic Silver Jubilee Bridge, reached the Ten Lock Flight pub in Runcorn, and returned to the stadium — where participants were rewarded with a well-earned, exclusive medal.

Together, the event has already raised over £12,000 for Halton Haven, with donations still coming in. A huge well done to our amazing team for their energy and commitment — your efforts truly make a difference.
