New images show the rapid progress being made at our new independent living scheme, Hazlehurst in Sandymoor, Runcorn. 

The development, being built by Vistry Partnerships, is our largest independent living scheme to date.  The show apartment, which is nearing completion, will be open to prospective buyers and renters in a few weeks’ time. 

Internally, all of the apartments are complete up to decoration stage, and works are progressing through the reception and bistro, corridors and stairwell areas.

The scaffolding is down, and site works to lay car parking, bin stores and footpaths are progressing well.

Hazlehurst is set to welcome its first residents from the autumn.
