We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Neighbourhood Hubs—welcoming, community spaces designed to bring our services closer to you.

Led by our Neighbourhood Officers, the Hubs will be based in a range of community centres and spaces across the borough where customers can speak directly with our team, access essential services, report repairs, and receive advice and support.

Each Hub hosts drop-in sessions with our dedicated Neighbourhood Officers and wider Neighbourhoods team, who are available to help with:

• Tenancy advice
• Reporting anti-social behaviour (ASB)
• Help with repairs
• And much more

Our partners — such as the police and the local council — will often join us at the Hubs.

No appointment is needed—just pop in and speak to someone face-to-face.
