Lifeblood Measures

We measure our performance using a number of key indicators including rent arrears and collection, voids, responsive repairs, letting time and customer satisfaction – with overall service against targets. 

Our Lifeblood measures are RAG rated (Red, Amber, Green) to visually indicate performance levels against key targets.

Think of RAG ratings like colouring how well something is doing:

🟥 Red means we are not achieving and something needs fixing.
🟨 Amber means we are achieving, but it could be better.
🟩 Green means we are exceeding and doing well.

We use these colours to help us understand quickly how things are going.

*Performance based on the value of homes built for sale that are unsold for more than 6 months.
