Why did you choose to do an apprenticeship? 

I wanted to learn while working and be able to earn a living wage at the same time. 

What do you do in a typical day/week? 

I handle administrative tasks related to our fleet, facilities, and health and safety. This often involves reaching out to external companies via email to arrange work, whether it's for building maintenance or fleet repairs. I also enjoy giving training sessions on the new van check system to make sure everyone knows how to use it smoothly.

What do you enjoy most about your apprenticeship? 

Helping people and getting to work with teams from all across the business. 

What skills have you developed so far during your apprenticeship? 

I've really been working on my communication skills, and I've also made great progress with my IT skills!

What would you say to someone considering applying for an apprenticeship? 

I’ve had quite a few jobs, and this is by far the best place I’ve worked. My opinions are always valued here.
