Tell us about your background and what you were doing before joining Halton Housing?

Before Halton housing I worked for a spa manufacturing company and I was an assistant retail account manager. I have primarily worked in Customer Service though. It is very rewarding for me.

What does customer service mean to you?

Customer service to me is extremely important. It is used in everyday life. I always say it is nice to be nice and I love to know that I have helped someone and made someone's day. This is why I jumped at the chance to work at Halton Housing when I was offered an interview. Being here, it's everything to me knowing that I am helping towards giving our customers a better, safer and happier living environment.

Tell us an interesting fact about yourself? (as random, fun and crazy as you want!)

I know the world's airport codes off by heart. I worked for Avios/British Airways and had to learn every single one and was tested on it.

Where, as a customer have you experienced customer service?

Halton Borough Council, they were extremely supportive when I needed them and kept me informed throughout. I couldn't fault them.
