Before you begin, please complete this form to request approval for any alterations to your shared ownership property. This helps ensure that all work meets safety standards and complies with your agreement. You’ll be asked to provide details about the proposed work, your chosen contractor, and any supporting documents.

Important: Please do not start any work until you’ve received written approval from Halton Housing.
