If you're a Shared Ownership customer living in a new build home, you may be eligible to claim up to £500 per year towards essential repairs and maintenance—helping you keep your home safe and comfortable.
You can roll over up to £500 from the previous year if unused, giving a maximum of £1,000 in any one year.

Before reporting your repair, check if it is covered by the building warranty or other guarantee. If it is, check the warranty documents to find out how to claim for the repairs. If it isn't covered, complete the form below to submit your claim. We'll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
