I confirm that I wish to purchase an additional 1% share of my property, based on the most recent valuation provided by Halton Housing.

I have the necessary funds available to complete the purchase and intend to pay via bank transfer.

I understand that my rent will be adjusted to reflect the increased share I own. I also acknowledge that any service charges applicable to my property will remain unchanged, regardless of the percentage of ownership.
