We are excited to share our 2025 showreel video, shining a spotlight on the very best moments from across Halton Housing over the past 12 months.

This year’s highlights include marking our 20th anniversary, celebrating two decades of Improving People’s Lives since becoming Halton Housing in 2005 following the stock transfer of homes from Halton Borough Council. 

As part of our 20th anniversary celebrations, we launched ‘20 for 20’ initiative, which saw 20 local community groups each awarded £1,000 in celebration of twenty years of Halton Housing.

The reel also celebrates the progress made through our development projects, ongoing partnerships, customer opportunities, neighbourhood projects, and awards – all wonderful examples of our corporate vision of Improving People’s Lives.

And in April, following consultations with customers, colleagues and partners, we proudly launched Our Future Focus 25–28, our three‑year corporate plan that sets out our shared priorities and ambitions for the years ahead.

As we look back at everything we've achieved together, we’d like to wish all our customers, colleagues and partners a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
