Our SHIFT assessment

As part of our sustainability roadmap, we need to understand our carbon impact via a recognised assessment. For the second year running, we have completed a SHIFT* assessment and received a silver accreditation.    

(*SHIFT is an online platform that allows organisations to measure their sustainability activity)

Early Adopters of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) investment

We're one of a number of early adopter Housing Associations to join with the leading funders to the sector, to launch the first sustainability reporting standard for social housing.  We have recently published our ESG report for the second year 21/22.
